Tracy joins as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Kendra joins as Vice President of Meetings & Incentives of the award-winning organization.

As Bishop-McCann’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Tracy brings a wealth of experience. Having spent the past 14 years at Microsoft®, where he was instrumental in building successful large-scale corporate programs. Tracy most recently served as a Sales Director within the Microsoft® Dynamics organization where he led double digit growth for 48 straight quarters. Recognized as a thought leader in Customer Experience “CX”, Tracy received Microsoft’s highest selling honor as a two-time Platinum Club, Top Attainment Winner for consistently delivering results in the top 1% worldwide. Tracy has also played key leadership roles in growing numerous startup companies throughout his career. Adams says, “Tracy brings powerful expertise in building value. Kendra joins Bishop-McCann’s executive leadership team as Vice President of Meetings & Incentives. As a Certified Incentive Specialist and Certified in Meeting Management, Kendra founded Account Service Group Inc. where she led programs for top-tier brands for the past 20 years.
