Challenge/Opportunity:

ArtsKC aimed to “recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of the individuals and businesses who are the driving force behind our thriving arts community,” says Jonathan Thomas, senior development manager.

Response/Solution:

ArtsKC held their annual awards luncheon on February 28, 2019. The event is considered one of Kansas City’s most inspiring business events of the year. The luncheon hosted a variety of performers including AY-MusiK, Kansas City Symphony, and featured Stephen Proski.

Outcome/Results:

The luncheon involved connecting and networking, lunch, and enjoying performances provided by the talented artists that participated. An estimated 1,000 attendees joined the event in the Kansas City Grand Ballroom as leaders in the business, civic, and art communities. Numerous sponsors contributed a variety of donations to make the annual awards luncheon a success. Bishop-McCann was proud to be a Silver Sponsor for ArtsKC and looks forward to producing the annual luncheon in 2020!
