President’s Club Incentive Trip Provides Flawless, High-Touch Experience

Since Bishop-McCann has a vast network of hotel relationships, we were notified of a cancellation at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui, Hawaii. Bishop-McCann’s sourcing team immediately booked the hotel for Conga’s incentive trip to solve their first issue.

Entertainment for the evening included John Cruz, a Hawaiian singer and songwriter, who complemented the evening with the sounds of the island. Many said it was the best trip yet because of the high-touch experience they received from beginning to end.
