New Leadership Calls for Conference Refresh

Challenge/Opportunity:

Ruby Tuesday needed a full-service partner to help them re-launch their annual program with only five months to plan and execute. Ruby Tuesday had not held a General Managers Conference in over eight years. With a new leadership team in place, it was their opportunity to establish and build new relationships with General Managers, and re-connect them to one another other and the brand. Historically, the leadership team had handled a significant part of the planning process while working for other companies, but they trusted us to become an extension of their team to focus on event logistics so they could focus on their restaurants.

Response/Solution:

We played an integral role in the success of their conference. We sourced the perfect venue for the group, even with the short lead time. Through all of this, we handled the complete event logistics for the team, shaping the agenda, managing registration for over 750 attendees, running the rooming assignments and overall list, and every aspect necessary to make this first meeting the best conference to date.

Outcome/Results:

By working together as one team and building a strong partnership, we were able to bring Ruby Tuesday’s General Managers Conference vision to life. The success of this first conference partnership between Ruby Tuesday and Bishop-McCann launched what will now be an annual meeting for their General Managers.
