“Having worked in the meeting and events industry for many years, I am so proud of how Bishop-McCann takes a program from creative concept to onsite operations. We look beyond the status quo and push the limits of what can and has been done. We strive for strong operational excellence, whether it’s a large complex program or small regulated meeting, and our amazing talent is what truly sets us apart,” said Heintz. “Strong trustworthy client relationships and continuing to push the edge will be imperative to the success of Bishop-McCann and those who trust us with their programs in the coming years. I look forward to leading the team into a bright future.”

Heintz most recently served as an Account Director for several Bishop-McCann pharmaceutical industry clients where she developed a reputation for building strong industry relationships and translating them into unforgettable experiences for attendees. Prior to that, she was the Director of Operations for Bishop-McCann’s Chicago office.

Her past experience includes managing client programs and operations teams in the corporate, third party, non-profit, pharmaceutical, and mobile marketing industries. A leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Heintz has also moderated panels and spoken at the Pharma Forum and Medical Meetings Summit.

“At Bishop-McCann, our people are our foundation. They inspire me every day and it’s the reason our clients are so loyal. Amber is an integral part of our team and we’re thrilled she’s joining us as the newly appointed Vice President of Program Operations,” said Rob Adams, Bishop-McCann President and CEO. “Not only do we deliver strong customer service and amazing programs, but we try to integrate genuine Joy into each of those moments. I look forward to working with Amber to lead our teams into the future.”

When Amber is not creating Joy for clients, she enjoys time adventuring with her husband and daughter, retreating to nature and the mountains any chance she gets, along with the occasional DIY project.
