Financial expertise and prowess are at the forefront of any successful company. At Bishop-McCann, we believe it takes more than that. It takes vision, leadership, transparency, and good financial stewardship. As Bishop-McCann’s CFO, Nancy McCullough has instilled a collaborative, consensus-building approach that allows the organization to navigate confidently and provide good stewardship of our clients’ goals and resources. Nancy leads with authenticity, embraces innovation, and empowers the Bishop-McCann team to excel.

“Bishop-McCann’s strategic approach requires a high level of transparency and good financial stewardship for our clients. The care, planning, detailed management, and attention of our clients’ financial resources are at the core of how we create value in each client engagement. The Bishop-McCann culture is such that this level of financial diligence runs throughout the organization and begins with empowerment at the individual level. The creation of value—and therefore impact—is the fuel of our work for clients.”

Prior to owning her company, e2E, Nancy held the CFO position for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation where she helped the organization advance entrepreneurship and improve the education of children and youth. Her early career included financial leadership roles with Tech Investments, Birch Telecom, and CD Smith Healthcare.

A Cum Laude graduate of Coe College, Nancy is involved with several community organizations as a board member and volunteer. Her work includes the Ewing Marion Kauffman Charter School, PREP-KC, Alliance for Early Success, and Kansas City Teacher Residency. Nancy also provides personal financial counseling to families through her church. When she’s not helping clients, Nancy enjoys running, biking, and gardening.
