Taylor has always found her JOY in creating memorable experiences for others. From waiting tables to planning events and meetings all over the country, she has continuously been driven to provide the highest level of customer service to her clients, attendees, and colleagues. Her knowledge of the preparation and execution of an event along with her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the value she puts on building relationships allows her to exceed her clients’ and colleagues’ expectations. Taylor values keeping up with the new trends and technology being used in the business events industry and enjoys partaking in industry events locally and nationally to connect and learn from other event professionals.

After earning her degree in hospitality management, she has been fortunate to have many years of experience working on events of all sizes from national conventions to smaller, high-level meetings across the United States and Canada. As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a Digital Event Strategist (DES), her commitment to continued professional development never falls to the wayside. Taylor is a recipient of PCMA’s 20 in Their Twenties award, which recognizes leadership that spans from creative thinking, problem solving, and spearheading teams that achieve ambitious goals. Taylor’s love for her work is coupled by her mission to make an impact while building long-lasting relationships with other thought leaders in the industry.

Outside of Bishop-McCann, Taylor enjoys staying active, traveling, dining out with friends, and spending time with her family.
