The awards ceremony even featured a memorable “Ignite” moment with cold sparklers, perfectly leading into the after-party and reinforcing the celebratory atmosphere.

The “Ignite” theme permeated every aspect of the event, from visual design to standout moments like the cold sparklers at the awards ceremony. Engagement was strategically driven, with speed networking during the welcome reception intentionally directing general managers toward executive and senior leadership team members. Interactive elements like BINGO cards and trade show punch cards boosted attendee participation.
A highlight of the program was a meaningful community giveback where attendees assembled children’s meal kits for the North Texas Food Bank, promoting a shared sense of purpose for all who participated.
