HOW WE GIVE BACK
Hands-On Volunteering
At Bishop-McCann, we don’t just encourage our associates to volunteer their time—we give them time off work to do it. Every year, associates receive four full days to use whenever and however they want to give back to their community.
Whether it’s sorting canned goods at a local food bank, reading to children, or spreading holiday cheer at an assisted living home, we want our people to give their time to the causes they care most deeply about. Bishop-McCann also volunteers collectively as a company a few times a year.
Giving
Beyond our time, Bishop-McCann is also committed to supporting the 501(c)3 organizations that our associates are passionate about through a dollar-for-dollar donation match program.
Additionally, we’ve partnered with an employee recognition platform, Awardco, in which employees receive monetary rewards as recognition for their notable team contributions and have the option to spend those funds on giving directly to a nonprofit of their choice!
