Hosted at the luxurious Four Seasons Punta Mita, this pharmaceutical incentive program celebrated the company’s top sales performers and their guests with an unforgettable five-day experience. Attended by 247 distinguished guests, this President’s Club featured a series of themed receptions and activities designed to reward, inspire, and motivate attendees for future achievements – all while incorporating meaningful giveback opportunities.

Opportunity

Partnering with this client for the second consecutive year, our goal was to elevate this pharmaceutical incentive program. We aimed to create a cohesive and culturally rich program that would not only celebrate the accomplishments of top performers but also immerse them in the vibrant Mexican culture. With a focus on integrating art and local traditions, we set out to make each event segment unique and memorable. 

In addition to motivating top performers, the client places a strong emphasis on supporting the communities they visit through various efforts, such as incorporating volunteer activities, sourcing local vendors, and hiring local staff. Due to this, striking a balance between rewarding attendees and making a positive impact on the destination was a critical objective and crucial to the success of the incentive.  

Outcome

This President’s Club provided an unparalleled experience with every attendee treated to VIP service. The event featured a range of meticulously planned events, each with a unique theme, including a vibrant Mexican welcome, an elegant COE (Circle of Excellence) reception, a modern-arts-themed awards night, a colorful Alebrejes after party, and a lively beach party to bid farewell. To top the event off, the farewell party featured an impressive fireworks display, creating an unforgettable finale for guests.   

Additionally, the property had a focus on the arts, so throughout our activities, branding, and planning, we ensured the arts were at the forefront by using this as a theme. Four Seasons Punta Mita showcases and celebrates Mexican culture, and we ensured our program did the same. One unique element that tied into our overall art theme was a personalized portrait of each winner. We had their images turned into colorful portraits that were framed and hung for their arrival, and post-program, were delivered to each attendee’s room as a keepsake. Also, for signage, instead of typical foam boards, we had an artist create unique signs on chalkboards throughout the event. And of course, the mural provided a cohesive and dynamic centerpiece for our artistic theme. 

The event not only celebrated the achievements of top performers but also fostered a sense of community and purpose among attendees. With high marks for the overall experience and exceptional service, the event set a new standard for future President’s Club gatherings. 

Unique Features

A significant highlight of this President’s Club was the robust philanthropic activation that aligned with the company’s commitment to giving back to the community. Throughout the five-day event, attendees engaged in meaningful CSR activities that left a lasting impact on the local community in Punta Mita. 

One of the standout initiatives was the five-day painting project completed by local artist, Ramon Escobedo. During this time, a vibrant mural was created, which was then donated to the community. Attendees saw the mural’s progress unfold as it was transported to various locations throughout the program. This not only provided a beautiful piece of art for the community but also cultivated a strong sense of unity and purpose among the participants and set the stage for a give-back-centered incentive. 

Additionally, attendees directly impacted the local community by assembling food baskets. With various types of fruits and vegetables lining the room, each guest was given their own empty basket to fill, creating a plentiful array of fresh, nutritious food for those in need. The event donated 20 food baskets, totaling over 700 pounds of fruits and vegetables, to 5 local organizations.   This effort was aimed at addressing food insecurity in the community. The act of giving back resonated deeply with the attendees who appreciated the opportunity to directly contribute to the local culture.   

Another impactful initiative was the construction of six mobile libraries, each stocked with ten books, which were donated to a local school. During this activity, attendees were busy with various tasks to help with the construction, ranging from finishing the final building and painting the structures to sorting and selecting the books. With every group working on its own library, each finished project was one-of-a-kind and demonstrated the attendees’ enthusiasm and creativity.  

JOY Moments

With an incentive infused with such incredible CSR activities, it’s apparent that these initiatives were immense JOY creators during this pharmaceutical incentive program. These philanthropic activities were not just about giving back but also about enriching the overall experience for the attendees. By participating in these initiatives, attendees felt a deeper connection to the local community and left with a sense of fulfillment, knowing they had made a positive difference for those in need. 

After the program, local organizations shared photos and videos of those who received the food baskets and libraries, capturing their heartfelt “gracias” and the JOY on each face. This memorable display of gratitude highlighted the profound impact of the attendees’ contributions.
