Bailey Leon’s love of events came at a very young age; she often planned her own birthday parties and other get-togethers with friends. Since joining the hospitality industry, Bailey has fallen even more in love with every aspect of event management, from pre-planning to the nitty gritty of being on site helping service staff. She is driven by client and attendee satisfaction and strives to create JOY for every person she encounters. Before joining the Bishop-McCann family, Bailey spent time with American Express Global Business Travel. 

Outside of work, Bailey loves finding new brunch places with friends, playing cards with her family, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
