After working in nonprofit events for over a decade, Felicia was recruited by an exclusive financial advisory firm to lead and manage their events department. She oversaw the planning and execution of hundreds of programs—both domestic and international—allowing her to become an industry leader worldwide. With her keen eye for detail, brand awareness, and compassion, she devises and implements strategies to improve the client experience while creating cost-saving opportunities.
