Starting with a degree in English with an emphasis in creative writing and a minor in business from the University of Kansas, Julie Honn has a unique skill for combining creative and analytical thinking. She began her career as an events intern with a popular radio syndicate and has since grown her skills with experience in third-party event planning, association management, and educational conventions for a variety of medical professionals. A self-proclaimed data nerd, Julie enjoys diving into the details of event management to help facilitate the best possible experience for clients and attendees alike.
When she is not creating JOY for clients, Julie finds her own joy in writing poetry and spending time with her husband, David, and their three children. She also claims bragging rights as the favorite lap for the family’s Maltipoo, Toby.
