Lydia Butler believes in the power of partnering and open communication to create the highest value programs for our clients.

Prior to joining Bishop-McCann, Lydia was the President and CFO of Hilary’s, a startup allergen-free natural foods brand. Her early career included a variety of finance leadership positions at large, publicly-traded companies in the financial services and telecom industries. 

A proud graduate of the University of Kansas, Lydia has a long history of serving on non-profit boards in the Kansas City area. She currently is a board member of the Unicorn Theatre and treasurer for her church. She enjoys reading, traveling, live music, and theatre performances.
