Morgan Allen has experience working for leading hospitality brands (including Marriott International and the Walt Disney World Resort) ranging from hotel operations to sales and catering. With this background and a degree in hospitality and tourism management from Purdue University, Morgan provides expertise in customer service, has exceptional attention to detail, and consistently strives for accuracy and efficiency. She’s equipped with the skills to create JOY, ensuring each attendee’s experience is magical and memorable! 

Morgan and her husband (Stephen) are high school sweethearts, born and raised in the Midwest, but they currently reside in the South. They enjoy traveling to visit family and friends and are always looking to squeeze in a trip to Disney! To recharge, she does yoga, edits travel vlogs at a local coffee shop, binges the latest TV show, or cuddles with her cat (Flynn) while reading a cheesy rom-com.
