With over 15 years of experience, Rameka Jennings has dedicated her career to the meetings and events industry. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the life cycle of client events and how to leverage brand strategy to drive meeting results. She enjoys building relationships, bringing familiarity and warmth to every interaction.
As sales director, Rameka values being the first touchpoint in creating JOY for Bishop-McCann. By leveraging her versatility and expertise, she helps clients craft events that not only leave a lasting impression but also drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and impact change (on time and within budget). Rameka’s unique perspective and enthusiasm have shaped her ability to identify opportunities and tailor solutions to meet clients’ needs by aligning their goals with event objectives.
Outside of work, Rameka serves on the board of directors for the Mid-American Freedom Band and actively plays the saxophone in concert and jazz band ensembles throughout KC. When she’s not “tootin’ her sax,” Rameka enjoys spending time with her husband and two corgis!
