Shea Paredes brings over 20 years of operational experience to the talent and culture team in her capacity as Director of Casting & Culture. Working closely with program leads and clients, Shea is responsible for building and nurturing our extended work family of travel directors, contractors, and preferred partners to help scale our team. As a key member in developing and executing our strategy to attract and retain amazing talent, she is gifted at identifying great people and pairing them with the perfect opportunities based on background, experience, skills, and program needs.
Having worked at Bishop-McCann for over 20 years, Shea is an important part of the fabric and history of BMC and has developed and grown great teams here. In her spare time, Shea enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
